Halloween

Grands Tim and Sally visited--don't they look good in their Western gear?

Liam got a good deal of loot in spite of the cold, though he forgot about the existence of candy after Halloween night. His parents will either consume a lot of hydrogenated soybean oil, or we'll remind him. Probably the former.
Mama Katie and Beedo, who was a wildly cute pumpkin.
Leaves were nice and dry and good for playing. Notice how Reid still looks mostly worried about life in all of our photos. He's not always this way. We're starting to notice he likes music--lots of head banging, shout singing, and general shaking ensues whenever we sing or drum with him.
What a looker of a Daddy, no? (Katie posting this time).
"Oh gracious, me, oh my," says the pumpkin.
You can't see them in this pic, but the costume comes complete with pipe cleaner spurs on the back of the boots--Liam spends about 25% of his days being a cowboy.
To be totally accurate, Liam was a "dinosaur taming cowboy" (long story--library-book-inspired character). Thus, the t-rex pumpkin.

This is the Reid pumpkin--note big eyes, button nose and two front teeth.
